Description

Pin-type bead Mill

Application:widely used in high effect grinding for coating, pigment, inks, medicine, sensitive film, pesticides, foods, non-mining, electronic paste, papermaking, cosmetics and so on.

Characteristic:

1.The grinding chamber: cylindrical, hermetical grinding chamber made of high wear resistant alloy steel,no pollution and no discolouring.

2.Mechanical seal: with large end force pressurization,the sealing is reliable, safe and has a long service life.

3.Mixer:with a reasonable arrangement,the hard alloy pin type rotor highly improve the grinding efficiency;tripling cooling system for inner,outside and end face ensures the big output and the high quality of the grinding material.

4.Segregation apparatus:the grinding material will be separated through dynamic segregator which will be automaticlly cleaned to avoid any blocking and ensure the big output.

5.Driver:the principal axis rotor is driven by explosion-proof three-phase motor and several v –belts so that the machine will run smoothly with low noise.

6.Feeding pump:the imported diaphragm pump and pipe are nice and easy for disassembling;automatic clean design will be convenient for the grinding of multiple color material.

7.This machine is suitable for single, multiple or circular grinding operation.

8.Efficiency: fineness can reach 50nm
