KYLT have 12T,20T hot chamber die casting machines and 280T cold chamber die casting machines to produce all kinds of zinc (zn. or zamark) alloy & aluminum alloy die casting parts as per client& acute;s drawing or samples.
KYLT have 12T,18T,20T die casting machine to provide casting service for clients, Zn. products such as: auto parts, zipper head and puller, spoon, coin, lable, logo, buckle head, jewelry, accessories of luggages and clothings etc.
Our client use 30T hot chamber zinc (Zn.) lead (Pb) die casting machine to cast battery Pb bushing or terminal.
KYLT make mold and toolings to fix with 12T,18T,20T,22T(PLC),30T hot chamber die casting machines.Those molds and toolings used to cast, zinc(Zn. or Zamark), lead(Pb.), Tin alloy etc low melting point materials.
Main used to cast: zinc auto parts, zinc zipper head and puller,zinc spoon, coin, lable, logo, jewelry, battery lead(Pb.) bushing and terminal etc.
