We make auto stamping die especially progressive die for sheet metal parts such as small auto parts, seat assy, booster shell, guide plate, buckle assy, side frame, washer, and auto bumper, or metal accessories of printer/automobile other electronic device and other cutting dies.

*Stamping Material: cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, copper,aluminium,stainless steel,rubber,plastic sheet (PET etc..),
*Die steel: SKD11 or D2;
*In-House Tool Making: Japan Sodick wire EDM machinery & CNC machining centers to construct die components.
*Press capabilities up to 315 tons oil hydraulic.
*In house quality control and measuring instruments: 3D CMM, durometer meter, projector, altimeter and microscope etc.
