1?. Living up to the IEC60968 & 60969 standard .

2?. The average lifetime of our lamp is at least 6000h .

3?. Can start under the condition of - 30 ℃ and low voltage .

4?. No flicker , No noise , No electromagnetic interference ( EMI ) .

5?. Using nickleplated aluminum base , very good to avoid getting rusted .

6?. Voltage : Both 110 - 130V and 220 - 240V available with 50 / 60Hz ; Wide range voltage is possible .

7?. Using PBT plastic cover, PBT have two advantage : ① Inflaming retarding ② High temperature resistance .

8?. The key components is the electrolytic capacitor and transister , we are choosing GRP or AISHI for our electrolytic capacitor and choosing HUAJING as our transister .

9?. Easy to apply , can change traditional incandescent bulbs directly , the ballast in integrated in to the lamp .

Quality Control ( QC )

1 . Strict raw materials inspection .

2?. After laoding the container , we will trace the life time of ech order , we will pick 10 pcs of each item to light in the ageing room till the lamp die , so we can trace down the real life time of each order .

3?. In the warehouse , our QCs will take sampling inspection before load the container , if not qualified with the AQL , we will rework .

4?. we are testing every lamp before packed in the cartons .

5?. In the mass production , our QC will take selective examination on every step , such as Plug-in , Wave soldering , PCB test , Tube glue , Assembly , Print , Ageing , Packing .
