2.Suitable raw material: 3D, 7D, 15D conjugated hollow siliconized polyester fiber.
3.Adopt principle of several rollers balling; Produce fiber balls even, soft, elastic, soft and with good hand feeling.
4.Weighing control function, weighing tolerance less than 30g.
5.High degree of automatic, adopt PLC control system and touch screen setup, auto fiber input sensor, so whole line only need 2 operators, save labor cost.
6.Auto clamp and simple operation, so have no special skill requirement for operator and reduce the dependence for operators.
7.Power connection and supply according International electrotechnical standard, and comply with Australia, EU and North America standard.
