Description
Micro Perforated Sheet is either AISI 304 stainless steel sheet or AISI 316 stainless steel sheet that has been punched with a series of holes to give you a nominated pattern. The pattern can vary depending on the hole size, distance between holes and the thickness of the material.

Hole seam type:Vertical hole,taper hole,bugle hole,round hole,rectan- gular hole and other special hole type.

Minimum dimension :Round hole 0.1mm, the rectangular hole seams width 0.15mm, shortest space between holes 0.02mm.
Maximum processing area:580mm*750mm
Range of thickness of panel:0.05-2mm.
Graph location accuracy:±0.01mm.
Usages: Used in petroleum, chemical,food,pharmaceutical filtration,filter board,filter tube,electronic, optical, spring and mobile phone parts etc.
