Special nature
Most of fabric before dyeing requires pre-shaped(temperature approximately 193 °C), in order to prevent fabric variant when dyeing. AG-K89F is special yellowing preventing agent, use in shape before shaping can prevent yellowing. In process, do not need to shape before AG-K89F when scouring/yellowing prevent agent.

Application of technical information
★ For stereotypes
If cloth on stereotypes, pressure suction (PAD) AG-K89F yellow change preventing agent 2-3% (owb solution percentage), together with penetrant IPA 0.5 -1.0% (owb) bath re-drying stereotypes.
★ Indefinite form for scouring
If original cloth do not need to stereotypes, AG-K89F enables for scouring bath, use of 3 - 5% (can add as need fluorescent sperm 0.5-2.0%).
The procedure is as follows:
1. Plus AG-K89F the scouring bath heat to 43 °C.
2. And then slowly warm to 82 °C.
3. In 82 ℃ and holding for 30 minutes of operation.
4. Drain, rinse in cold water.
★ Use in post-processing
AG-K89F also use for the post-treatment bath, in order to prevent yellowing or hue change.

AG-K89F 2.0 - 3.0%
Cationic softener 1.0 - 3.0%
RESIN G-90 1.0 - 2.0%
(Methylated melamine resin)
CATALYST CT (amine salts touch coal) 0.5 - 1.0%
Rolled baking at 160 ℃ - 177 ℃
